After the beautfil National Park in Thekkady we headed for the coast to Alleppey. Also known as Venice of the East this place has the most beautiful and unique backwaters in Kerala. We went for a fantastic tour with small canoes in the small canals.

VastaaPoistaAlleppey in Kerala also called Alapuzha is famous for backwaters, so the attraction of the beach is sometimes overshadowed by the backwaters. There are beautiful beach resorts in Alleppey. They are situated at the sides of the sea beaches to attract the tourists to the place.
